Description
Colour: Pale straw with a deliciously fine bead. Nose: Elegant and complex with lemon, light malt and fresh bread aromas. Palate: Bright acidity balanced by a creamy, malty body with fresh lemon, Camembert and bready flavours and a good lengthy finish. A fine persistent mousse. Cellaring Potential: There is no need to bottle age this wine as complexities have already evolved. Serve chilled. Ideal ways to enjoy AZAHARA: All lovely occasions require lovely bubbles anywhere, anytime. Youd do well to serve it with crusty Italian bread and good olive oil or a nice soft cheese like Havarti or Camembert. And it would be divine with a baked cheesecake or crme caramel.
